Moccasin Bend Golf Course stands as one of Chattanooga's most naturally beautiful golf destinations, built in 1966 in what is described as "one of the most naturally beautiful spots in all of Chattanooga." Designed by John LaFoy, this championship 18-hole course has been serving golfers for nearly six decades, offering a perfect blend of challenging play and scenic beauty.

The course stretches 6,469 yards from the back tees with a par of 72, featuring four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The layout showcases meticulously maintained Bentgrass greens and Bermuda grass fairways, with water hazards frequently coming into play throughout the round, adding both beauty and strategic challenge to the experience.

Located at 381 Moccasin Bend Road, the course sits on some of the most fertile land in the country, surrounded by soaring pine and hardwood trees near Historic Lookout Mountain. The natural terrain provides a rolling, parkland-style layout where golfers can enjoy stunning views while navigating the strategic challenges that LaFoy incorporated into his design.

With USGA course ratings ranging from 64.3 to 70.4 and slope ratings from 104 to 118 across the different tee sets, Moccasin Bend offers appropriate challenges for every level of golfer.
