The course features meticulously maintained Zoysia fairways and pristine Bermuda greens, creating ideal playing conditions throughout the season. With multiple tee sets ranging from 4,936 to 6,954 yards, the layout provides an appropriate challenge for golfers of all skill levels while maintaining the strategic elements that test even the most accomplished players.

The Club at Five Oaks has earned recognition for hosting prestigious tournaments, including the Tennessee State Men's Open Qualifier from 2007 to 2010, the Tennessee Golf Association Ladies Senior Amateur in 2010, and the Tennessee Golf Association Senior Match Play Championship in 2017.
